Waitlist privacy notice

This notice covers the waitlist on productionrow.com, run by Production Row LLC (“we”). The full Privacy Policy for the marketplace will be published here when it opens.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your email address. You can also give your first name and ZIP code. Renters can tell us the work they do, and owners and rental houses what kind of business they are.
- Where you came from: the campaign tag in the link you followed, or the website that sent you. Your browser remembers it in local storage until you join, so we know which channel found you. If you pick a light or dark theme, your browser stores that choice too; it never leaves your device. We do not use cookies or analytics on this site.
- Your IP address, held briefly in memory to stop repeated or automated sign-ups. Our logs record a one-way code made from your email address, not the address itself.
Why
To email you about the launch of Production Row, to understand what gear and services people in Los Angeles County want, and to learn which channels bring people to the waitlist. We send launch news only.
Who receives it
- Resend stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
- Railway hosts this site.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this page, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it loads them.
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When the marketplace opens, we may invite you to create an account; nothing moves to an account unless you create one.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@productionrow.com. California residents have the right to know, correct and delete their personal information, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
